By using UARTSIFARTSI you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Accounts

• You must be old enough to consent to processing of your email in your jurisdiction (at least 13, or 16 in the EU/EEA).
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Sign-in is by magic-link email. Keep access to your email address secure.

Acceptable use

You agree not to submit content that is:

• Illegal, harassing, hateful, threatening, or defamatory.
• Sexual content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, or content that sexualizes real identifiable people without consent.
• Doxxing or otherwise revealing private personal information.
• Spam, advertising, or malicious links.
• Content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights.

You also agree not to attempt to circumvent rate limits, scrape the site abusively, or interfere with other users' access.

Content you submit

The images themselves are not owned by anyone — every possible w × h black-and-white pixel image exists mathematically at a fixed address. Names you attach to images are your submission.

By submitting a name, you grant UARTSIFARTSI a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, store, distribute, and index that name in connection with the site and its public feeds. You represent that you have the right to grant this license.

Moderation

We may remove or hide any submission that violates these terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the community. Serious or repeated violations may result in account suspension. Anyone can report a name using the report affordance on the image page.

Third-party links

The site links out to external destinations (for example, UNICEF for donations). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of user-submitted names, or that the service will meet your requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid us for the service — which for the free tier is zero.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
